Ordered flowers online for delivery. Succulents with an orchid. Received a phone call from Flower Co saying they did not have what I ordered but would replace it with something tropical and just as nice. My friend received an arrangement of leafy plants, no flowers at all. Nothing like the more modern, simple arrangement I ordered. Disappointed.
The flowers were fresh, colorful, ready to bloom and smelled wonderful! These were the best fresh flowers I have gotten in 3 states and 2 Wisconsin Counties!! Bravo

The gentleman that took my order was both kind and attentive to my personal details for the arrangement I was placing for my sister. He did and said everything to make me feel comfortable with my order. He even personally delivered the arrangement in the timeframe I knew she'd be home. My sister sent me a picture of the arrangement and it is BEAUTIFUL ❤️. She and I were both very happy with this company!!

Excellent service and arrangement. They made a lovely custom bouquet and delivered the same day- a Saturday. They were helpful, pleasant and reasonably priced. Everything was perfect.
I ordered and pre-paid for a large deluxe (and expensive) spray of flowers to be delivered the following Monday for my aunt’s wake and funeral. When we arrived, there were no flowers. The funeral director called Flower Co. and they said it would be there any second. No one arrived. Halfway through the wake I started calling and they would not answer the phone. Finally, they answered and hung up. I called again and the lady that answered said to take me off their list and hung up again. After borrowing someone else's phone, they answered and said it was delivered to the wrong funeral parlor. There is only one funeral parlor in Seymour, WI. (I am not sure where they could have delivered it.) Just as the wake was almost over the flowers arrived. I was not offered a credit or even so much as an apology. Not nice people to do business with.
